Rising up from Ruins

Erstwhile the land was cabbage fields then turned into buildings like we see on TV what existing in some Middle east countries,with narrow path shadowed by 5-7 floor buildings,equiped with insuffcient facilities for they were owned by the local peasants,so that,as"Unplanned Zone"excluded from city's planning.
This block turned into "planned"apartments,sold to people with a high price.around US$1100 per Square meter.
Share a unified market,using unique note,but incomes in different regions with a huge gap.Here is a low-income city.

  1. I have seen many similar buildings all over Asia, from Qatar to Malaysia, India, etc... Must be a global thing, and it is quite ugly
